Pros:	Free trial V.I.P. to review a large database where you can buy foreclosures that are available in your area.
Cons:	This site doesn’t give you a review of its services. Lots of annoying JavaScript alert boxes and pop-ups that make it hard to take seriously. The fine print states that if you do not cancel your membership within 3 days you’ll be charged $59.99. They also sign you up for EZ Tax Answers, which is free for 7 days and then rockets up to $29.99.

At $2.97 this is probably one of the cheaper sites to get started, but I think some of the other services may be better and cost less if you really want to buy foreclosures and make money!

Update: No big surprise here…it looks like foreclosure 100 is no longer available.  Probably due to complaints about the other services they automatically sign you up for!
